Embattled Jamaican disc jock Zj Wah Wa is still awaiting sentencing three years after pleading guilty to telemarketing fraud in a federal court in Bismarck, North Dakota.

The former prominent Jamaican radio personality, whose real name is Deon-ville O’Hara, pleaded guilty to one count of telemarketing fraud back in October 2014, after being implicated in lottery scamming ring along with 25 other persons.

According to officials from the federal district court, the disc jock will not be sentenced until all the parties involved in the indictment are either sentenced or plead guilty.

Zj Wah Wa could receive up to 30 years in prison if given the maximum sentence for the crime.

Earlier this year the alleged ring leader of the scamming operation, Lavrick Willocks, was extradited to the United States where he pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit international wire fraud.
